The authentic Pasticciotto of Lecce: shortcrust pastry enclosing a soft heart of custard cream, made to the traditional Salento recipe followed by the Tiziano bakery for over 50 years in Calimera (Lecce). A frozen, ready-to-bake product, ideal for breakfast service and desserts across Ho.Re.Ca.

- Main ingredients: type 00 flour, sugar, lard, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, maize and rice starch, vanillin, lemon flavouring
- Cooking: take straight from the freezer and bake in a pre-heated oven at 220°C for 12/15 minutes, without baking paper
- Storage: -18°C, shelf life 13 months; after baking keep at 4°C for a maximum of 48 hours
- Allergens: gluten (type 00 flour), eggs, milk, butter. May contain nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), soya and sesame
