Pistachio pasticciotto in classic shortcrust pastry with a creamy pistachio filling (10%), a traditional dessert from Lecce and the Salento. A frozen product made to the original recipe of the Tiziano pastry shop in Calimera (Lecce), ideal as a dessert or for the breakfast buffet in Ho.Re.Ca.

- Main ingredients: type 00 flour, sugar, water, lard, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, maize and rice starch, pistachio 10%, raising agents, vanillin
- Cooking: from frozen, in a pre-heated oven without baking paper, at 220°C for 12/15 minutes
- Storage: -18°C, shelf life 13 months; after baking keep at 4°C for max 48 hours
