Flat cured and smoked pancetta, made in Italy by Salumificio F.lli Coati of Negrar di Valpolicella (Verona) from CE-origin pork belly. Gluten free and dairy free, it is a versatile cured meat for professional kitchens and the deli counter.

Ideal diced or thinly sliced for soffritto, sauces, carbonara, amatriciana and to enrich pasta dishes and mains. It also works well sliced thin on mixed charcuterie boards or wrapped around vegetables and crostini for finger food. Suggested to add a smoky depth to soups, risottos and bruschette.
