Horse salami, an aged dry-cured sausage in natural fibre casing, produced by Bernardini Gastone with horse meat (48%) and pork. Vacuum-packed in heat-shrink plastic film, it is designed for charcuterie boards and antipasti in Italian-style hospitality.
