Black Angus salami, a dry-cured raw sausage produced by Bernardini Gastone using beef from the Black Angus breed and cased in natural fibre. Ideal for charcuterie boards and antipasti in restaurants and wine bars.

  • Format: natural fibre casing, dimensions 6cm x 25cm, vacuum-packed; average weight per piece 0.500 kg. Variable weight, approximately 400GR.
  • Sold as: sold by the piece (variable weight, approximately 0.4 kg).
  • Main ingredients: beef (Black Angus breed), salt, sugars (dextrose, sucrose), chilli, garlic, flavourings; antioxidant E301, preservative E250.
  • Storage: in a dry place away from light, between +2°C and +10°C; 180 days from the packaging date.
