Aged raw cured sausage made with goose meat, produced by Bernardini Gastone in the Italian charcuterie tradition. Vacuum-packed in a non-edible natural fibre casing, it is ideal for sharing boards and antipasti in Ho.Re.Ca. service.

- Main ingredients: goose meat 60%, pork (origin: Italy) 36%, salt, sugars (dextrose, sucrose), aromas, spices. Antioxidant: E301; preservative: E250. Non-edible casing

Pairs well with rustic bread, focaccia and fruit preserves or mostarda, and complements a glass of full-bodied red wine. Traditionally served thinly sliced on a mixed charcuterie board, it works well as a starter or aperitivo. Remove the packaging before serving.
