An assortment of frozen mini savoury puff pastries in seven flavours: ricotta and salami, würstel, spinach, salmon, black olives, tuna and peppers. Bite-size pieces of around 20 g designed for buffets, aperitivo and hot finger food in Ho.Re.Ca. service.
- Format: 2 bags of 2.5 kg, approximately 125 pieces each, single piece around 20 g
- Sold as: sold by the case of 2 bags
- Main ingredients: pastry made with soft WHEAT flour "00" (24.9%), vegetable margarine and lard; fillings based on cow's milk ricotta, würstel, cooked ham, smoked salmon, tuna, black olives, peppers, spinach and Grana Padano DOP
- Cooking: in a hot oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes
- Storage: frozen at -18°C, 15 months; once defrosted do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: WHEAT (gluten), MILK (and lactose), FISH, EGG; may contain traces of CELERY, SULPHITES, SOY and CRUSTACEANS

Ideal for aperitivo buffets, banqueting and trays of hot finger food. Best served straight from the oven, arranged on a mixed platter so all seven flavours feature in a single service. They work well as nibbles for happy hour, alongside a glass of wine, or for event catering and receptions.
