Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and related group, 81%) carefully selected and cut into small pieces, prepared without oil but with a formulation that retains their full flavour. Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans, it is a ready-to-use condiment designed for foodservice, ideal as a pizza topping and as a dressing for pasta, rice and side dishes.
