Hawaiian sea salt in coarse crystals, enriched with food-grade red clay that gives it its characteristic red colour. Crystals of 1-2 mm with a savoury, crunchy and slightly ferrous flavour, designed as a finishing salt for grilled meats and roasts in professional kitchens.
