Smoked Cyprus salt flakes, made from white pyramid Cyprus salt slowly cold-smoked using the traditional method with beech wood in Italy. The 2-4 mm pyramid crystals deliver a savoury, crunchy, smoked note perfect for finishing dishes in Ho.Re.Ca. kitchens.

- Characteristics: pyramid crystals 2-4 mm, light brown colour, typical smoky aroma and flavour, savoury and crunchy
- Storage: keep sealed away from humidity and light, away from heat sources (optimal temperature 15 °C, RH no higher than 50%)
- Shelf-life: 36 months
- Allergens: no allergens in the product; the facility also handles celery, mustard, sesame, milk and derivatives, soya and gluten
