Pre-cooked frozen pizza base, 30 cm, naturally gluten free and lactose free, made in Parma by Pizzami. Designed to offer a gluten-free option in pizzerias and restaurants, it is topped to taste and finished in the oven.
- Format: 14 pieces of 240 g (+/- 4%), 30 cm diameter, each in an aluminium baking tray and clear food bag
- Sold as: sold by the case
- Main ingredients: rice starch, corn starch, water, sea water, potato starch, rice flour, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, legume (pea) flour, vegetable fibres
- Cooking: thaw for about 15 minutes, add toppings and bake in a preheated fan oven at 230°C for about 5 minutes (domestic oven) or at about 320°C for 3-4 minutes (professional pizzeria oven)
- Storage: -18°C; once thawed do not refreeze. Shelf life 18 months
- Allergens: naturally gluten free; may contain traces of milk and sulphites
