Pre-fried, frozen baked panzerottini made from leavened dough (70%) with a 'nduja, tomato and smoked scamorza filling (30%). Ready in minutes, they are ideal as a hot finger food for aperitifs, buffets and fast service across the Ho.Re.Ca. sector.
- Format: retail pack of 210g, 7 ± 1 pieces (single piece approx. 30g)
- Sold as: sold by the case of 6 packs
- Main ingredients: soft wheat flour, tomato pulp 17%, smoked scamorza 9.5%, Nduja salami 1% (with red pepper), extra virgin olive oil, basil, black pepper
- Cooking: air fryer at 200°C for 6 minutes; preheated oven at 200°C for about 8 minutes; non-stick pan for 10/12 minutes; deep fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes; microwave at 900W for about 2 minutes
- Storage: frozen at -18°C; once defrosted do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours
