Leavened baked "Dubai"-style croissant, filled with gianduia and pistachio (18%) and topped with crunchy kataifi pastry. A frozen pastry product designed for breakfasts, brunch and patisserie counters across the Ho.Re.Ca. trade.
- Format: case of 32 pieces, unit weight 105g +/- 5g
- Sold as: sold by the case
- Main ingredients: soft wheat flour, vegetable margarine, sugar, yeast, low-fat cocoa powder; gianduia filling with hazelnuts, pistachio filling (18%), glaze with kataifi pastry
- Cooking: preheat the oven to 165/170°C and bake the products straight from frozen; cook for about 20-25 minutes
- Storage: keep at a temperature no higher than -18°C; shelf life 12 months
- Allergens: gluten, milk, soy, hazelnuts, pistachios; may contain traces of crustaceans, fish, almonds and nuts due to cross-contamination
