Pairs well with bread, breadsticks and focaccia, or with shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh fruit such as melon or figs. Ideal as a starter or on a mixed charcuterie board, it should be sliced thinly, ideally by knife or slicer, and served freshly cut to bring out its aroma. It also works added to a pizza after baking.
