Boneless Parma dry-cured ham, produced in Italy by Salumificio San Pietro from pork and salt alone, following the Parma tradition. Its long ageing makes it an ideal counter charcuterie for sharing boards, antipasti and slicing service in hospitality.

Pairs well with rustic bread, focaccia, breadsticks and a glass of Lambrusco or Malvasia dei Colli di Parma. Slice thinly after removing the rind and serve as a starter or on a mixed charcuterie board; it also works beautifully with melon or figs, or as a filling for rolls and piadine in the Emilian tradition.
