Boneless Parma ham produced by Salumificio San Pietro in Lesignano Bagni, in the Parma area. A classic cured meat of the Emilian tradition with long ageing, ideal for sharing boards and antipasti in restaurants and delis.

Pairs well with rustic bread, focaccia or breadsticks, and works beautifully on a mixed charcuterie board alongside aged cheeses and mostarda. Traditionally served as an antipasto in thin slices, it is at its best with melon or figs. Excellent too as a filling for gourmet sandwiches and pizzas.
