Mild salami "Napoli" produced by Salumificio Bombieri in Buttapietra (VR): minced pork mixed with the ingredients, filled into casing, dried and seasoned. Slightly spicy and pleasantly sweet in flavour, with the red colour of lean meat. Ideal for charcuterie boards and antipasti in Italian hospitality.
- Format: whole sausage, diameter 78 mm, length 420 mm (without clip). Variable weight, approximately 1.5 kg (±2%).
- Sold as: sold by the piece (approx. 1.5 kg).
- Main ingredients: pork meat, salt, natural flavourings, dextrose, smoke flavourings, flavourings, spices. Antioxidant E300; preservatives E250, E252. Non-edible casing.
- Storage: from +1° to +4°C (if vacuum-packed); 150 days from the date of packaging.
- Allergens: does not contain allergens covered by Annex II to Reg. EU 1169/2011; free from milk derivatives and gluten.
- Origin: Salumificio Bombieri, Buttapietra (VR), Italy; raw materials from countries of the European Community.
Pairs well with rustic bread, focaccia and cheeses on a mixed charcuterie board. Thinly sliced it works as a classic Italian antipasto or in rustic fillings, and goes well with a local red wine. Suggested too for buffets and finger food in restaurants and catering.
