Deep-frozen wild chicory of field (Cichorium Intybus), flash-blanched in boiling water after selection and rinsing, then deep-frozen and packed. A rustic-tasting vegetable, ideal as a side dish or base for warm dishes in Ho.Re.Ca. kitchens.

  • Main ingredients: wild chicory of field (Cichorium Intybus)
  • Cooking instructions: place the frozen product in a cold pan with 20g of water, cover and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes; remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Cook from frozen and consume after cooking
  • Storage: keep frozen at -18°C, up to 24 months. Do not refreeze once thawed
