Courgette flowers filled with cow's milk ricotta (30%) and smoked provola, battered and pre-fried in sunflower seed oil, then frozen. Ready to finish in the oven, they work as a tempting starter or finger food in Italian hospitality.

- Main ingredients: cow's milk ricotta 30%, courgette flowers 20%, smoked provola 7.5%, Grana Padano D.O.P, breadcrumbs, béchamel preparation, basil
- Cooking: in a hot oven at 200°C for 7-8 minutes; for a better result, partially defrost and bake at 200°C for 6-7 minutes
- Storage: frozen at -18°C, 15 months; cook before eating, do not refreeze once defrosted
- Allergens: gluten (wheat), egg, milk; may contain traces of celery, fish, soya and crustaceans
