Courgette flowers stuffed with ham and mozzarella, battered and pre-fried in sunflower oil, then frozen. A ready-to-bake speciality from the Neapolitan tradition, designed as a hot finger food or appetiser for foodservice.
- Format: case of 2 packs of 2000 g; single piece approx. 65 g (around 30 pieces per pack)

- Main ingredients: courgette flowers 20%, béchamel, mozzarella 6%, cooked ham, roast cooked ham, smoked provola 4.5%, batter, Grana Padano D.O.P., breadcrumbs
- Cooking: in a conventional oven at 200°C for 7-8 minutes; for best results partially defrost and bake at 200°C for 6-7 minutes
- Storage: frozen at -18°C, 15 months; once defrosted keep at +4°C and consume within 24 hours, do not refreeze
- Allergens: contains gluten (wheat), milk and egg; may contain traces of celery, fish, soy and crustaceans
