Classic Salento focaccia made by artisanal method, entirely hand-shaped and oven-baked, then frozen. The dough is based on type "0" soft wheat flour and re-milled durum wheat semolina, topped with fresh sliced potato, rosemary and extra virgin olive oil. After baking it has a crisp crust and a soft, open crumb.

- Main ingredients: type "0" soft wheat flour, water, re-milled durum wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil, high-oleic sunflower oil, yeast; topping of fresh sliced potato, rosemary, salt and breadcrumbs
- Cooking: preheat a static oven to 200°C, bake on the middle shelf for about 12 minutes (optional thawing 10/15 minutes). Rest for 2/3 minutes before slicing
- Storage: frozen product at -18°C; once thawed do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours after baking
- Allergens: contains gluten; may contain traces of soy, mustard, lupin, milk, fish and sesame seeds
