Powdered mix for beef demi-glace, a base sauce of professional kitchens. It is a light, greyish-brown powder that, once reconstituted with water and cooked, develops the character of a beef demi-glace, ready for brown sauces and meat-based reductions.

- Main ingredients: beef stock (water, beef stock, beef fat, onion, tomato, carrot juice, herb), modified tapioca starch, salt, tapioca flour, glucose syrup, flavourings, rice flour, yeast extracts, sugar, maltodextrin, colour (caramel), rapeseed oil
- Preparation: 68 g per litre of water; stir continuously, bring to the boil and simmer 5 minutes
- Storage: cool, dry, ambient conditions; 18 months shelf life
