Leccese croissant, frozen raw, an elongated, light-coloured sweet bake with the typical aroma of raw brioche. Filled with custard cream (40%), it is made for the breakfast counter and the pastry tradition of Salento.

  • Format: pack of 50 pieces in a food-grade bag inside a labelled outer box; net weight 120 g per piece
  • Sold as: sold by the case
  • Main ingredients: type 00 wheat flour, semi-finished dough (vegetable fats, butter, water), brewer's yeast; custard filling of sugar, type 00 wheat flour, skimmed milk powder, egg yolk, whole milk powder, starches and flavourings
  • Cooking: thaw in the fridge for at least 90 minutes, preheat the oven to 200°C, brush with egg wash and bake for about 18-20 minutes
  • Storage: 8 months at -18°C
  • Allergens: gluten (wheat), milk, egg; produced in a facility that also handles soy, nuts and sesame
  • Origin: Surbador, Veglie (Le), Salento

Ideal for the hotel breakfast buffet and the coffee shop, best served warm straight from the oven alongside an espresso or cappuccino. It works well on the pastry counter next to other filled brioche, rounding off the early-morning sweet offer for catering and banqueting.
