Frozen fresh pasta paccheri with squid ink, bronze-drawn and made by Canuti Tradizione Italiana in Rimini. The squid ink (2.1%) gives the characteristic black colour, ideal for seafood first courses in Italian dining.

  • Format: 2 bags of 1 kg in a carton (packs not sold separately)
  • Sold as: Sold by the case
  • Main ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water, squid ink 2.1% (squid ink, water, salt; stabiliser E415)
  • Cooking: bring salted water to the boil, add the still-frozen pasta and cook for 3/4 minutes from when it returns to the boil; drain and dress to taste
  • Storage: at -18 °C for 18 months; in the fridge (0/4 °C) 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed
  • Allergens: contains gluten (wheat), molluscs (squid); may contain eggs, soy, milk
