Ready-to-use truffle sauce made with champignon mushrooms (43%) and summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt., 5%), produced in Umbria by Urbani Tartufi. A solid, black-coloured sauce, ideal for crostini and for any dish where a touch of truffle is welcome.
