Unigrà dark couverture chocolate, made in Conselice (Ravenna) with a minimum cocoa content of 57% and flavoured with natural vanilla. Supplied in 1 kg blocks, it is the professional base for pastry, gelato and plated desserts in Ho.Re.Ca. kitchens.
