Frozen cauliflower florets under the OROGEL Food Service brand, grown in Italy following integrated production principles. The individual creamy white florets have a tender, non-fibrous texture and are ready to cook: ideal as a side dish or as a base for soups, bakes and main courses in professional kitchens.
