Aged capocollo from Montalcino, a whole cured meat made from Italian pork seasoned with fennel seeds, spices and aromatic herbs. Vacuum-packed in heat-shrink plastic film, it is designed for the charcuterie counter and for preparing sharing boards in hospitality settings.
