Lardo from Iberian-breed pork (Pata Negra), aged in a marble basin and produced by Bernardini Gastone. A whole cured fat with a pinkish-white colour and an irregular rectangular shape, suited to charcuterie boards and chef-led dishes in Italian hospitality.

Pairs well with warm toasted bread, where the heat gently melts the thin slice. Sliced wafer-thin, it works as a starter on a mixed charcuterie board or served with bread, honey and figs. It is also ideal for wrapping small morsels or for finishing a meat main course.
