- Main ingredients: Pecorino Romano DOP cheese (30%) (sheep's milk, salt, rennet), water, cow's milk curd, butter, melting salts (polyphosphates and sodium citrate). Gluten free
- Storage: keep closed in a cool, dry place; once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2-4 days
- Allergens: milk and derivatives. May contain traces of egg products
- Origin: milk of Italian origin; produced in Ravadese (Parma)
