Ready-to-use sauce made with venison meat (37%), tender and tasty, crafted to a careful Greci recipe. With a pleasant aroma and a mild, sweet flavour, it is ideal for dressing pasta and baked polenta in professional kitchens.

- Main ingredients: venison meat (37%), tomato pulp, red wine, sunflower oil, rice flour, dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), celery, carrot, parsley, garlic and aromatics (rosemary, thyme, juniper)
- Storage: keep closed in a cool, dry place; once opened, refrigerate and use within 2-3 days
- Allergens: celery and sulphur dioxide (sulphites). May contain traces of fish, egg, milk and nuts
