Ripe, fleshy red and yellow peppers, prepared with a roasting technique that removes the skin while keeping the firmness of the fruit. Produced by Greci Industria Alimentare in Parma, they are a ready-to-use antipasto for Ho.Re.Ca. service.
- Format: tinplate can of 1 kg, net weight 0.800 kg, drained weight 0.550 kg (6-14 pieces)
