A blend of whole and ground mixed berries - blueberries, redcurrants and blackberries - with sugar, produced by Greci in Ravadese (Parma). Soft in texture with a varied colour ranging from the black of blackberries to the red of redcurrants, it is designed for hospitality kitchens looking to garnish and enrich desserts and breakfast offerings.
