Crystal Roll made from white wheat dough, produced in Belgium by La Lorraine under the Panesco brand. Quick-frozen, fully baked and pre-sliced, with beer (7%) and extra virgin olive oil in the dough. Designed for fast service in Ho.Re.Ca. catering.
- Format: 1 carton of 60 pieces, approximately 80 g each

- Main ingredients: WHEAT flour, water, beer 7% (water, BARLEY malt, maize, rice, hop), WHEAT semolina, WHEAT sourdough, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, dark soft sugar, salt, GLUTEN
- Cooking: 3-4 minutes at 200°C, preheat oven to 230°C; also suitable as thaw & serve
- Storage: keep at -18°C, do not refreeze after defrosting; 24 hours shelf life after defrosting or after baking
