Frozen grilled pepper fillets under the Gran Menu brand, produced in Italy by Orogel. The fillets are irregular and well trimmed, with skin on, in red, yellow and variegated colours and with a typically sweet flavour, ideal as a side, a topping or a component of hot dishes in professional kitchens.

- Cooking: fan oven at 180°C, spread the still-frozen fillets with a drizzle of oil on a tray and cook for 7 minutes; or in a pan with 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a single layer, 8 minutes over low heat turning often. To be consumed after cooking
