Red and yellow pepper fillets, grilled and then frozen, produced by Orogel Food Service from Italian-grown raw material following integrated production principles. Ready to heat, ideal as a side dish or as a base for starters, first and main courses in foodservice.

- Cooking: in a fan oven preheated to 180°C, spread the still-frozen product with a drizzle of oil on a tray and cook for 6 minutes; or in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, lid on, 6 minutes over moderate heat. To be consumed after cooking
- Storage: keep frozen; shelf life 30 months
