Ready-to-use preparation made with chestnut mushrooms (Stropharia rugosoannulata 70%) and porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis 5%), sliced and sautéed in sunflower seed oil. A Greci foodservice speciality, light brown with a creamy texture and an aromatic mushroom aroma, designed for dressing pasta dishes.
