A preparation of castagnoli mushrooms (Stropharia rugosoannulata) and porcini mushrooms in pieces, preserved in sunflower oil and seasoned with parsley, garlic, pepper and aromas. Designed for catering, it is ideal for filling pizzas and bruschette.
