Powdered fish stock preparation by Greci, with a granular texture and pale colour, and the typical aroma and flavour of a fish cooking base. Designed for risottos, soups and any seafood dish in professional kitchens.
- Format: 250 g plastic tub (1/2 kg box)
- Sold as: sold by the piece
- Main ingredients: corn starch, iodised sea salt (15.5%), dried shrimp (12%), rice syrup, yeast extract, dried onion, palm fat, dried white fish (3%), dried carrot and celery
- Preparation: dissolve about 50 g of product in 1 litre of cold water, stir until smooth and lump-free, bring to the boil and keep stirring for 2 minutes; yields 5 litres of stock per pack
- Storage: keep in a cool, dry place; once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 9-15 days. Gluten-free and lactose-free
- Allergens: crustaceans, fish, celery, sulphur dioxide (sulphites); may contain traces of molluscs and soya

Ideal as an aromatic base for seafood risottos, fish soups and stocks for crustacean and mollusc dishes. Suggested for finishing sauces and for moistening seafood paella or cous cous, adjusting the dose to the intensity required. Practical in high-volume kitchens to obtain a ready stock in just a few minutes.
