Radicchio cream made with radicchio di Chioggia IGP (55%) and radicchio rosso di Treviso IGP (16%), combining a coarsely chopped part with a finely ground one. Recommended for dressing pasta and rice and as a base for fillings and stuffings.

Ideal for finishing risottos and dressing fresh pasta, it works well as a creamy base for filling ravioli, lasagne and crespelle. Also suggested spread on crostini and bruschetta, or paired with aged cheeses for a starter with the slightly bitter character typical of the Veneto tradition.
