Granular preparation for brown stock, made to the recipe of classic professional cookery with selected raw materials. Formulated without monosodium glutamate and lactose-free, it is the ideal sauce base for braised red meats and for classic kitchen sauces.
- Format: easy-open tinplate can of 500 g (850 ml capacity)
- Sold as: sold by the piece
- Main ingredients: rice flour, flavourings (containing wheat), yeast extract, meat extract (5% min.), hydrogenated vegetable fat, salt, dextrose, modified maize starch, vegetable fibre, sugar, vegetables (onion, celery, carrots) and dried aromatic plants
- Preparation: dissolve the product in cold water and bring to the boil while stirring; dosage 100 g per 1 litre of water
- Storage: 24 months in a cool, dry place; once prepared, use within 1-2 days
- Allergens: cereals containing gluten (wheat), celery; may contain traces of fish, crustaceans, molluscs, egg products, soya, milk and derivatives, nuts
