Courgette flowers wrapped in a slowly leavened, hand-worked wheat flour crust that is light, crisp and golden. After selection, trimming and battering they are pre-fried, IQF frozen and packed, ready to serve as finger food or a starter from the Italian tradition.
- Format: 2 kg food-grade polythene bags in 4 kg cartons, about 65/70 pieces per kg

- Main ingredients: wheat flour, courgette flowers 42%, dehydrated potato flakes, cow's milk, salt, sunflower seed oil, yeast
- Cooking: from frozen — deep fryer in oil 170°C for about 2 minutes; air fryer 170°C for about 8 minutes; fan oven 170°C for about 8 minutes; static oven 200°C for about 9 minutes
- Storage: keep at -18°C, 24 months; do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: cereals containing gluten (wheat), milk. Made in a facility that also uses crustaceans

Ideal as finger food for aperitivi and buffets or as a hot starter, served straight from the fryer with a touch of flaky salt or a light dip. They pair well with fresh white wines and sit naturally on the menus of trattorias and Italian restaurants.
