Orogel Food Service frozen baby asparagus, whole individual spears with a tender, non-fibrous texture and a uniform bright green colour. Grown in Italy and naturally rich in fibre, they are ready to cook and ideal as a side dish or ingredient across Ho.Re.Ca. kitchens.
