IQF frozen turnip tops by OROGEL Food Service, made from Italian-grown raw material following integrated-production principles. A ready-to-cook vegetable, ideal as a side dish or as a base for first courses in Mediterranean catering kitchens.

- Main ingredients: turnip tops
- Cooking: steam oven, place the product still frozen on a perforated tray at 98 °C for 7 minutes; alternatively thaw, cut into pieces and pan-fry in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil for about 10 minutes over medium heat. To be consumed after cooking
- Storage: keep frozen; best before 24 months
- Allergens: no allergen present as an ingredient

They pair well with garlic and chilli, pan-fried as a classic side for meat mains. Traditionally used in Southern Italian cuisine to dress orecchiette or short pasta, they also work well as a filling for savoury tarts and vegetarian dishes.
