Fresh egg pasta sheet, pre-cooked and frozen, bronze-drawn and produced by Canuti Tradizione Italiana in Rimini. Made with 20% egg and durum wheat semolina, it is designed for the quick preparation of lasagne and cannelloni in professional kitchens.

  • Format: 4 bags of 2.5 kg
  • Sold as: Sold by the case of 4 packs
  • Main ingredients: durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS (20%), water, iodised salt. May contain SOYA
  • Sheet dimensions: length 280 mm, width 475 mm, thickness 1.2 mm
  • Preparation: let the pack thaw at room temperature for 1 hour, then assemble lasagne or cannelloni as preferred; the sheet is already pre-cooked
  • Storage: at -18 °C for 18 months; in the fridge (0/4 °C) for 24 hours. Once thawed, do not refreeze
