Miche Paysanne is an artisan white wheat bread made with sourdough (24%), frozen and pre-cooked in the tradition of the Belgian bakery La Lorraine. Its rustic crust with four scoring cuts and pale crumb make it well suited to table service in restaurants and hospitality.
- Format: 14 pieces of approximately 450 g, each 8 cm high and 18 cm in diameter

- Main ingredients: WHEAT flour, sourdough (WHEAT) 24%, water, salt, yeast, flour treatment agents (ascorbic acid)
- Cooking: 14-16 minutes at 210°C, preheat the oven to 240°C
- Storage: store at -18°C, do not refreeze after thawing
- Allergens: cereals containing gluten (wheat); may contain traces of rye, barley, spelt, egg, soya, milk, mustard, sesame and lupin

Ideal as a table bread to accompany starters, charcuterie and cheese boards or soups. It works well served in the bread basket, cut into thick slices, or for bruschetta and crostini on the menu. Equally suited to buffets, banqueting and restaurant service.
