Straight spicy "Napoli" aged sausage, produced by Salumificio Bombieri in Buttapietra (Verona) from minced pork and pancetta milled and salted into a single mixture, filled in synthetic casing and left to season. Free from milk derivatives and gluten, with an intense red colour and a spicy, pleasantly seasoned flavour.
