High-quality "Naturalis" cooked ham by Salumificio Bombieri, made from a whole pork leg that is selected, salted, flavoured, churned, shaped, cooked and rapidly cooled. Free from milk derivatives, added polyphosphates and gluten, with a deep pink colour and a sweet, delicate flavour.
