Mini raw frozen rice arancini, in the white version without tomato, made with rice, mozzarella and grated cheese. Rounded shape and pleasant rice flavour, ideal as finger food for aperitifs, buffets and starters in Ho.Re.Ca. service.
- Format: 5 kg case with 2 bags of 2.5 kg, approximately 200 pieces (one piece about 20/25 g)

- Main ingredients: water, rice, breadcrumbs, mozzarella (milk), grated cheese (milk), butter, sunflower seed oil, onion, broth, salt
- Cooking: cook from frozen without defrosting; fan oven at 150°C for 10 minutes or microwave at 600 watt for 2 minutes
- Storage: -18°C; once defrosted do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: contains milk and milk products, cereals containing gluten. May contain traces of eggs, nuts, celery
