Pre-fried frozen rice arancini, made with rice, tomato pulp, mozzarella and grated cheese. A classic gastronomic speciality of Southern Italy, with the typical round shape, ideal as finger food, a starter or a buffet bite in Ho.Re.Ca. service.
- Format: 2.5 kg bag (about 14 pieces); 5 kg case with 2 bags, about 24 pieces. Each piece approximately 200 g.
- Sold as: sold by the case.
- Main ingredients: rice, tomato pulp, mozzarella (milk), grated cheese (milk), butter, breadcrumbs, sunflower seed oil, onion, stock.
- Cooking: from frozen, without thawing. In a fan oven at 150°C for 10 minutes, or in the microwave at 600 watt for 2 minutes.
- Storage: -18°C; best before 12 months. Once thawed do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours.
- Allergens: contains milk and milk products, cereals containing gluten. May contain traces of egg, nuts, celery.
- Origin: produced in Castellana Grotte (BA).
Ideal as a finger food for aperitifs or as a starter, served hot with a tomato sauce or mayonnaise. Perfect for buffets, banqueting and takeaway service, or as a tasty bite on an Italian street-food menu.
